Visual Craftsmanship Audit

Focus: Surface defects on finished hats.

    ▶ Embroidery/Printing: Registration accuracy, ink adhesion (Cross-cut test), color consistency
    ▶ Overall Appearance: Symmetry, deformations, foreign objects

Precision Dimensioning

Tools: Digital calipers, circumference gauges, brim profile templates.

  • Critical Measurements:

    ➤ Crown height (±2mm)
    ➤ Head circumference (±0.5cm)
