A: Surely you can order a hat sample first, but we need to charge sample fee based on your design artwork.

A: Standard MOQ is 100pcs per color/design, with bulk discounts for larger orders.
VIP clients can enjoy flexible small-order support—let’s discuss your needs!

Q: What’s lead time for bulk production?

A: Normally it’s 15-25 days after approval of hat samples and payment, but if you’re in urgent need of them.

Q: What your payment terms?

A: T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, Trade Assurance, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
